Come on down for the last time

OMG!! Bob Barker is hanging up his microphone for the last time. Makes me glad I went on the show already: (see entry from June 17, 2005). This is sad news my friends. I grew up watching The Price is Right I remember the days when Bob's hair was brown and my sister and I created our own Plinko using a staircase, a rubber ball, and masking tape markings on the floor. Bob is such a staple of the show (hard not to be after 35 years) that I can't imagine anybody else doing it. CBS says that it's been looking for his replacement for the past 2-3 years. Whoever gets the job is going to have some of the biggest shoes on earth to fill. I don't think there's anybody who can order the people of America to spay and neuter pets the way that Bob can!
