The sky, yesterday afternoon, beautiful isn't it?

We need family, friends, basically we need others. Lately I've been thinking and I realised that I took my family's love for granted. When it comes to our friends, we try sooo hard to understand, to adapt, to accept what they are, or sometimes, we try so hard to please them, to hold back or even  bend a little so he/she won't feel offended. But for our family, sometimes our effort is not even half of what we would do to our friends. Ironic isn't it?

How come?

Why I -- or us, mostly --  took my family's love for granted? Was it wrong?
Or could it be that the mistake is trying so hard for our friends? That it shouldn't be like that. That if we're really friend than we shouldn't be troubled by that, by every little thing. Which one?
