I'm slightly obsessed with this song.
It's so raunchy! I mean, you know, considering.
And the thing is I'm completely mystified as to what exactly he's singing about. Call me naive, I know. But is her skirt completely transparent? Is it flying up? Or does she just have a really lovely big arse?
Or is it a part of him that keeps flying up? *snort*
And god I LOVE the way he says 'boom'. It makes me go shivery every time. Just 'boom'. The way his voice goes all low and, yes, boomy on it. Dichotomy all over the place, man, juvenile persona but not so much on this song and yet adult sophisticate sexuality piercing through. Of course it's the whole thing, isn't it, the beats of those sound effects which I keep wanting to vocalise but totally cannot. *wail*
God, I love it.

The young buck, omg. With extremely pomaded hair. And even then ... it's enough to give a girl some extremely fiendish possibly illegal ideas. *gulps* I don't think the clarity of his eyes are quite right here cos it's a colourised pic I've rendered black and white cos I've been looking for the original online for ages and the colourised one was the only version I could find. Oh god. Young Joey Levitch. Lookit him. The things ... yes, well.
A decade or so later? Poor Judy must be on some terrible meds there but holy fuck, look at the line of his nose. Nnnggghh. And the hands. And that shirt ... that shirt makes me stare and think carefully in silence for several long seconds every time ... just the spacing of the buttons and that tiny glimpse of the medallion.
