Team North America!!
This weekend was great. I went on my first catholic center retreat. I was pretty skeptical about it before but i really had a good time. It was a good feeling to be surrounded by people who all share your beliefs. "Who am I? I am Yours."
Jared and Rachel were great. They were so funny and I think i lucked out by having them as my first senior retreat leaders. The skits were sooooo funny. I think my personal fave was the celebrity Jeapordy.All the talks were great too. Hearing what people had to say about their faith was really inspirational. The music was insanely good. I mean come on...anytime you have drums, expect it to be hot!
My small group was the coolest. Everybody was so cool and open about everything. Canaries what what!! AKA Team North America holds it down! The Olympics were fun. Gotta love Cowboy, Bear, and Ninja! Bring home the bacon was probably my favorite. Only cuz since my glasses were off i had no depth perception. Natalia was vicious and out to get me lol. But i still brought it home after the fumble. Ultimate frisbee was fun too. Overall it was a great weekend spiritually, and just getting to know and spend time with new people. Taboo was fun and so was the crazy fruit and veggie produce game Tara came up with. That was just straight comedy. Food was good...that egg casserole was slammin! The weekend was GREEEEEEAT as Toney the tiger would say.
On another note...PF CHANGS son. Michelle where you at?? I went with Nafeesa, Kaori and Tristan. Good times with good food.
