(no subject)
I know my posts have been really short lately. I've just had a lot of things going on in my head, and most of them I don't feel comfortable sharing.
Thanksgiving break was a lot of fun. I showed up in Kansas somewhat unexpectedly. I think the only person who really knew that I was coming was Lindsay. I stayed at her mom and step-dad's house (right across the golf-course from my own house). They are basically my own parents, and I love them a lot. I felt guilty for not studying over the break, but going home was like therapy for me, so now I can be MUCH more productive.
When I was home, I spent some time with my best friend Chris's dad, who just recently found out that he had cancer, and has less than 2 years to live. That was one of the main reasons I went home, actually. For some reason, this trip home meant a lot more to me than previous trips. I think I'm going to remember it for a long time.
As far as girls go... well... I don't know what to say right now. I'm still in love with someone, but I don't know if it's the right thing. I guess time will tell.

but first, here's a picture of me and Lindsay. I was trying to make a silly face by biting my lip, but I just ended up looking like a retard:
oh, and I know this picture has no relevance, but I thought it was cool. I carved the pumkin in the back (jessica's is the "wicked turkey" in the front).
