So Prince Fielder got an inside-the-park home run yesterday.
This comes just about a week after I asked "Did Prince steal a base?" and was answered with wild laughter.
This is funny because Prince is a big boy - 6'0", 262 - not the kind of guy who steals bases or does much in the way of rápido movement across the field at all. An article on it called him "the least likely person in baseball to hit an inside-the-park home run."
But I've seen the video, and boy howdy did he book it, as like a man pursued by rabid dogs, or in pursuit of the world's largest Twinkie.
It was great. ^_^
