Note to Self: When transferring hot goulash* from a pan to a bowl, it is not a good idea to tip the pan completely upside-down, thinking that there will be no negative reprecussions.
Also, do not attempt to save the falling goulash by catching it between your midsection and the counter. It will result in a stained wardrobe, burns, and dirty goulash. Let it fall to the floor.
God damn goulash.
