Hello hello. I've been gone for a bit, but hey school's started again. GREAT.
I had a great time in Madison with Bryan, and an equally great time in Cleveland with the girls. I met a few more of Bryan's friends (And I like them! And they're actually FRIENDLY! And we watched SeaLab! Woot!) and we went shopping around in the frozen tundra that is Madison. Honestly, way too cold. I'll come back once it's warm.
Also Bry, thanks to you I can't stop randomly quoting SeaLab. Yesterday, somebody said it was supposed to storm this week, and I yelled out "I'm Bizzaro Stormy! I'm Regular Stormy!" and they all just looked at me, because I was so very alone in my SeaLab love.
"I hate them all. Except Turtleface."
"Bizzaro, I love you!"
Cleveland was a blast too. I saw FOUR David Bowie outfits (oh god I wanted to touch them), a Jimmy Page jacket, a Steven Tyler mike stand (scarves and all), a Bon Jovi leather New Jersey coat, and MICHEAL JACKSON'S SEQUINED GLOVE.
The glove was a bit intimidating. It was in a revolving glass case, and I'm not kidding.
Official Nerdiest Moment on the Cleveland Trip:
I was telling the girls about a boy I met in Madison, who is my friend Mark's doppleganger. They asked what his name was, and I couldn't remember. Steph asked if his name was Rico. And I yelled "WAS THAT A JUDGE DREDD REFERENCE???!!!"
You know? Rico was the bad guy in Judge Dredd? He was Dredd's brother, and uber-evil? We were on the subject of evil dopplegangers, it seemed only RIGHT!
Steph just stared at me, and said simply, "No." She was just giving a random evil-sounding name. I'm a dork.
Oh, and you have to see this: http://www.frenchandsaunders.com/rn...303141512.shtml I want to see this so bad. Jeremy Irons plays Snape, and runs around going "God, I'm gorgeous." Man, as far as creepy British guys go, Jeremey Irons is damn good looking. Die Hard 3? Dayum.
I almost wanted to be attracted to Uncle Scar from the Lion King, but then I stopped, because you know....animated lion. But hey, if Krista, Kelley, and Lindsey can be attraced to Disney's Robin Hood (The fox. Not the person. The fox.) I figure I'm doing fine.
