Happy New Years
So Kady (yeah, that's how her name is spelled) came and hung out yesterday. Dad had some Tequilla and mixer and we made margaritas in honor of the New Year. Obviously our resolutions had nothing to do with alcohol. We actually didn't drink that much, though, and I discovered that any time I eat chips while drinking I'm going to have a hard time getting a buzz. It's probably the salt that does it. *shrug*
I took Kady home and then took Jay to Jared's house to get his cell phone back. So I got to meet Jared's family and I was my usual silent self. It's no wonder I don't have many friends, I can't ever bring myself to talk. -_-' I suppose it's shyness, but I fear people think I'm uppity or whatever the word is. *sigh*
Hope everyone's having fun this New Year. Perhaps I'll make it my resolution to learn how to talk to people, but I think I'll simply resolve to have a happy year. Day one's started off okay, so far so good.
