I need an access policy, stat.

Okay, so while I'm doing my best to manage my shiny new life, I think it would help me to have some space to vent that has some confidentiality boundaries, so I am setting up a real access policy. (Previously posted access-only stuff is now on a specific filter.) Please comment on this post if you would like access to my access-locked posts (although I reserve the right to not grant access to anyone I don't feel comfortable giving access to).

Access-locked stuff will be about my personal issues, dealing with being me in the world I find myself in. It will include mental health issues (in a very broad sense including physicality), employment issues, interacting with other human being issues, ethical issues, and possibly religion issues and gender issues (since I can't tell what's part of what, atm). If you are on the filter, you will be expected to keep information you learn confidential*, other than as a generic anecdote "I know someone who ..." with serial numbers filed off, if you think it might help someone else dealing with related issues.

* Per my previous policy, you can share with intimate partner(s)/spouse(s), as long as I know - either tell me generically when you sign up or let me know about a specific post. I've added persons like that to the (then filter) list in the past.

Also, while I understand that I'm not optimal in various ways and don't always do things sensibly and that some responses might be of the order of "that wasn't a great thing to do, in future, try to think about ..." or whatever, I will not tolerate comments I think are not sufficiently accepting of the fact that I am what I am, and while I'm trying to change I have to start where I am. (I try to make bigger allowances in my public posts, but under access lock it's all about Me.)

I will continue cross-posting but we may need to do some testing to make sure the right people can see my posts on LJ.
