Rain
Another sign that summer is well under way - it's raining this morning, and apart from the way it makes the sort of rainforesty bit of our garden seem much more rainforesty, it's inviting, pretty rain. All the different greens seem to glow, the grey sky is very pale and just makes you look at everything differently, rather than get depressed.
Also, the cats are finding lots more things to hunt - geckos and cockroaches (although the latter is partly because we were recently sprayed, and they do tend to crawl out from whereever they were hiding and die in full view over the next few weeks.) And whatever those invisible things are, that Nemrut has to jump up the walls of the corridor to attack.
