Here's a tip: if you're emailing your friends that you've been diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder and that you're changing your name and living as a different gender, DON'T send it from your new email address and sign it only using your new name.
Asking "Wait, who were you before?" is extremely awkward.
Off the top of my head, looking at the list of people it was addressed to etc., it could be at least 3 different people. Gah.
