I'm making my mother's book club read Henry Jenkins. Why? Because I am full of win. Also, Kung Fu Panda was hilarious and awesome.
I was reading this discussion about textual processing - i.e. whether when you read a work of fiction if you see it like a "movie" playing out in your head or if there's no visual at all - and it got me to researching learning styles and multiple intelligences, out of curiosity. And I'm visual-spatial (yeah, and the sky is up), but I don't really read like a movie... I don't like visualizing things to that degree. Maybe I'm just lazy.
ALSO, CORTANA + GLaDOS YES SOMEBODY DO IT. Everyone should get a Companion Cube. >.>
