I can't access my desktop which has ALL my files that are imporant: from school files for all my projects to my photography. It's really sad.
So, I've sent it up north in California to get it fixed, where the estimate for the MINIMUM for data recovery will be $500. Don't you feel sorry for me? Hahah.

Anyways.
I know you have a Canon Rebel Digital (I hope I'm right) and I was wondering if you bought any good lenses or heard of any that are nice. I myself have a Nikon D50 and I was wondering if I should buy some lenses to make my photography better. :)
Just some questions from one photo person to another.

whhhaaa that sucks :(

Haha i used to use a the rebel xt, but now i have the 5d, and I use a 28-102mm wide angle lens. I LOVE IT! it's so awesome cos it takes relatively good portraits when you zoom in. Just that the focusing distance isnt as good as my 28-55.

I also have a 200+mm lens mainly for zooming from the back of the hall when i used to take pictures for my school

i actually have to do a photoshoot for a stylist (her portfolio book is what i'm doing) so how much did the wide angle 28-102 mm roughly cost?
