Note the capitalization and use of punctuation, as well as word choice.

Use your, not the contraction for you are, in a statement like this:
Wow, Kim, your license plates are pretty hip.
Use you're, the contraction for you are, when making a statment as such:
Kim, you're intelligent, but you really don't know everything.
