Anyway... I'm excited about a ton of stuff right now. I'm working on a project I call A Study in Kinetics in which I deface 49 cent LPs by scraping the grooves off, then texturing different parts to make phat techno beats.
I suck marginally less at skateboarding now (although I still blow remarkably hard).
Everyone's talking about Solo/Ensemble right now and I feel left out (cause I didn't do anything for band), so, here's my officially unofficial S/E report.
Jeff got a I.5 on his awesomeness projeckt of egg-celence, Augustus Il-Fakir got a II on his class boo-rah combination killer Tossed Salad. Vodka McDrunkenpants didn't show (what a flake), and I got a I on my Double cool SKA robo-nazi eradicator duo with Salazaar-McKineey-Vader.
Ahem.
My top three bands right now:
1. Forces of Evil
2. Strung Out
3. Squirrel Nut Zippers
These bands all disintegrate my sanity with their awesomeness.
Best song name I found out that I had downloaded years ago and is still on my iTunes:
I Blew a Fuse in my Personality by Hot Hot Heat
Callout to Noise Chowder: If you guys still have that compilation offer, you should record Pirate Song with full backing by Sax, Trumpet, and maybe if it could work, double track ben on 'bone. Hell Yeah.
