the wedding
Well, I am half asleep as I write this since it has been a very long weekend for me, as well as for my whole family. First, I just want to say that the wedding was absolutely incredible and I had the most fun I have ever had. I know before I told everyone how much I was going to hate it, but I loved it, it was just the greatest thing ever. I know how badly you all want to hear about it, so I will tell you.
Friday was the day of the rehearsal dinner, and I am very happy I didn't go to school. In the morning I visited my old counselor from LeRoy, and then I went to get my nails done. Yah, that was an adventure, and if you want to know the story, ask me, because it is too long, and I am too tired and lazy to type it out right now. After out little adventure, Sarah, Gabi, and I came back to the house to clean and get stuff ready. By about 4, Jeremy's parents and two brothers came, and we just all sat around and talked and such. We got to the church at 6 for the rehearsal to find out that another group of people were there for their rehearsal. My mom was freaking out..big time. It all worked out though, and we got through it quickly. Then we went out for dinner at the Avon Inn. It was reaaaally reaally good, and I sat with Jeremy, Sarah, Devon (Jeremy's brother), Amy (Sarah's best friend), and Brian (Amy's husband). It was soo funny. I didn't talk much, instead I just sat and listened to all the hilarious stories that they were saying. Afterwards, we all came home, and I just talked online and watched law and order and such.
Saturday, the big day, was soo long. All of the girls got up around 7:45 and then we went to a hair salon in Batavia to get our hair done. Sarah had her nails redone there too, and while she was getting them done, a man came in and delivered her flowers that were from Jeremy. It was soo cute, and Sarah finally broke down and started to cry a little bit. It took 2 hours, but we finally were done with our hair. Sarah was panicking though, and drove home going 70 mph. We got home, threw on our dresses, put on some make up, and then the photographer came to take pictures. Ahh, I hate pictures! We had to take so many of them! Then at 11:30 the limo came to pick us all up, and we got to the church. The ceremony started around 12 and it was only about 30 minutes long. It was so nice though, and I almost caught myself crying a couple of times. After the ceremony, we had more pictures, and then we drove around in the limo and then came back to the house for some food and to meet up with the guests. After a couple of hours, we all decided (we as in the wedding party) to go to Charlotte beach for a bit. It was a really fun ride up since I "flirted" with Brian the whole way. It was a lot of fun, and I had a great time with the guys. Oh, and this was all after I had a little bit of alcohol in my system. We hung out at the beach for a little bit, and Brian decided to try and hook me up with Zach, Jeremy's other younger brother. Zach is 17, and he is a pretty great kid. At first it all just started off as a joke, but I don't know, I really took to Zach. Anyways, I'll get to more of that later. We stopped from some ice cream and then went to take some pictures by ourselves. Then we went to the reception hall and the reception started at 6:30. At first it was a little boring, and I sat around with my cousins, but once dinner was over and we started to dance, it was sooo much fun. I was off the wall, and I got a little bit more alcohol in me too. I started talking to Zach a lot more, and we danced a lot too. It was just soo much fun, I loved it. The only bad thing was just, well, stuff I really can't say, but ask me and I will tell you. So, I guess all I am trying to say is, I had an absolute incredible time, and I really had a great time with Zach, and also Devon. Perhaps the next wedding will be mine and Zach's..haha, I wouldn't count on it. We got back to the hotel at like 1:30, and went straight to bed. The morning was boring, we just got up, ate breakfast, talked, and then left.
Now, everyone is all sleeping in various places around the house since we are all soo freaken tired. So, I think I will go join the crew and get some sleep. I hope everyone else had a great weekend!!
