family and the ones we care about
I was thinking today about friendship families. Like the group of friends that would do anything for each other- the group of friends that knows everything about everyone else and pulls together to help in any situation. Like summer 2005 when Jenn and he married boyfriend broke up and me, Robynne, Michael and Hail all rallied to comfort her. Like that group of guys Ben always hang around. Like the way my musical theatre class was before we graduated. Our families too- but of course Deirdre's family is different from my mom and dad's families. Tomorrow we're having Christmas at Deirdre's- everyone will be there and I really wont know what to say, but it'll be fine cause at least I wont be home alone. Haley went to Kerrville with Jenn and Robynne isn't coming home till after christmas. So I'll go so I wont have to be alone. I miss having that group of people I'm not related to that'll do anything for you. Oh-well.
