I call her red
Oops- I was impulsive again. I bought "My So Called Life" on DVD- who remembers that show. I called my sister since that is like her adolescence not really mine to see if she remembers that show and she doesn't. I totally do- awwww it was soooo good. Who misses grudge? Who misses flannel and really bad hair? Who misses baggy clothes that are flattering on no one? And who misses clothes that next matched and make up that looks completely fake? There are just so many things to love about this show. Who remembers when they brought metal detectors into your school? I was in middle school when we got metal detectors. REM, Cranberries, Enigma, TLC, Live, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Sonic Youth and Smashing Pumpkins- seriously who doesn't miss that? I know I was like 9 and 10 when this show first aired but it was in reruns while I was in middle school and thats the first time I dyed my hair that fabulous red- awww- can I have fun red hair again? or would my boss not approve?
