Second time today I guess....
Well. I did good on restricting.... till later. I started binging bit by bit.
Two jones sodas. 190 cals each. ( found out its not really 160 ....)
Chicken leg. 100 cals? less? I dun know...
1 baked potato w/ butter. 100-200?
small peice of angel food cake. 90 cals
one root beer float. 250 ish maybe....
I hate me right now. I didnt even go on the walk I promised my self.... -sighs- Well... I'll take a walk after school before dance I guess... But i have a head ache so I'm going to go to bed.....
Promises of teh week!:
1. I'm gunna restrict this week. no binging. Eat neg-cal foods when I do eat. except for dinner with my family.
2. walk at least 2 miles each day.
3. Work extra hard in ballet & jazz to get up to teh next "level"
4. Loose 5 pounds.
5. get my room clean.
