I'm knackered.

Yep, I've just driven from Luxembourg to Exeter.

It went perfectly smoothly - traffic was pretty good most of the way, and no real problems other than having to wait for an hour and a half in Calais for the ferry. Still took more than 12 hours door-to-door, mainly due to having to drop off my passenger (and unload her stuff) on Campus, then having to unload my own stuff and park the car on the station car park (because I haven't got a residents' permit yet).

And just in time, we picked up my parents' new car (2006 Toyota Prius) from the dealer, and I had the opportunity to have a brief drive again. It's far too easy and comfortable to drive, but also sometimes odd - the relationship between car speed and engine speed is entirely different, and less direct, as it's all controlled by the computer depending on how much power it needs and how it can run the engine the most efficiently...

Anyway, so I'm back in Exeter, which is nice, but, well, exams and plenty of other work are coming up and I'm not feeling all that motivated right now...
