(( OOC: Basically? He's gatecrashed Kat's ball. If you trick or treat him, he will a) transfigure you into a 'real' version of your costume, if you're wearing one and he's able (so no ghosts or non-physical beings) or b) perform a partial-transfiguration into an animal of his choosing, following the spirit of Halloween. If you've got a costume then just say it in the title and/or give a link; transfigurations last a couple of hours. Your pup has to be there in person, though. Done with J's permission; ICly it's after the costume contest so it won't affect judging. Have at it~ ))
