Damn it...

Late nights on weekdays suck! :( I was really trying to be good...really I was...I turned down plans to go downtown tonight in favor of going to the bar 5 minutes from my house for a supposed "quick practice" at pool. I wouldn't call 8pm til after 11pm quick. Yeah, could've went home earlier, but I was having fun, and made the mistake of drinking red bull so the fact that I should've been tired escaped me. Oh well...it would've totally been worth it if I'd played the one game w/o missing any shots...stupid red ball. Still had alot of fun, but I'm going to want to shoot myself in the morning when I have to go back to work on that damn report that should've been done Friday.

In other news...tomorrow (today, Tuesday, technically) also starts my diet. Being tired is not going to be a good start, because that usually leads to not enough time to pre-plan meals and therefore stops at fast food for breakfast and lunch, but we shall see. I have very good motivation this time, besides just generally wanting to lose weight. I went Halloween costume shopping today, and found a very hot mermaid outfit, that was absolutely gorgeous...but not on me. It was basically a bra top, with pale blue gauze from the top to the sequined skirt, which was low to indecent proportions. Yeah. Sexy. If you have a totally flat stomach. Which I used to, and shall again. Although probably not in time for Halloween. I told Francesca I'm just not going to dress up, but we'll see if I get the inclination again by then to attempt finding something that I think will look good. But, Halloween aside...I am going to have to shop for both a fancy dress and a swimsuit by the first week in December, and I am bound and determined not to do it at my current size. Now, most people will say, what's wrong with a size 6 to 8...to which my response is nothing, except if you used to be a size 2 to 4, and have tons of adorable 2 to 4 clothes which currently don't fit. I actually still have some size 0 stuff...I doubt that's ever going to happen again, but we'll see. One thing (size) at a time.

Was going to post more about what my diet shall consist of, but the red bull is starting to wear off, so methinks it's bedtime. I'll save the rest for a post tomorrow when I'm avoiding working on that damn report again. :)
