I watched the new heroes premiere... I liked it :)
Thank you NBC. Thank you so much. You have no idea how long it was that I waited for a teenager on tv to have actual - not invisible - zits. Claire Bennet took on herself the burden of not covering up one on her forehead and by this little machination Heroes - a fantasy/sci-fi show after all - has gained more realism than any other show in the history of tv.
*snickers* Sorry, couldn't help myself. I shall now proceed from the celebration of Claire's pimple on to more serious matters.
So... Matt and Molly live together and they miss Mohinder. And Matt is divorced! *pulls a sad face* Damn it. I was rooting on him patching it up with his wife on account of the baby, despite the fact she cheated on him (the bitch), but it's probably not his kid, anyway.
If any of you says 'slash with a relatively happy, quite dysfunctional, impromptu family', I will say, well, 'DUH', but it's way too obvious for me to do anything about it. Besides, I'm sure that Sylar never finished his crazy, angsty, bloody love (or something) affair with Mohinder and he'll want Mohinder back.
Too bad Sylar's name doesn't start with an 'M'. He'd fit right in.
The manager of Copy Kingdom Bennet works at. Seriously? I know I watched The Office, or at least a few episodes, but still. Seriously?
And he really needs to remember that Mr. Bennet is, in fact, married :P
Okay, moving on from slash.
Really! :P
Exactly how many illegitimate children does Nathan have? Because we really need to round them up if they're gonna pop up at every window eavesdropping. Or, you know, hover nearby the windows. For the viewer's sake, I mean. I don't even remember his legitimate children's names, and here's another one?
Or, not, probably. I just like suspecting Nathan of the worst. Because he's that kind of character - suspicious. Oh, honestly, trust a politician? I don't think so ;P
Anyway... that boy is pretty. Heee.
*cough* Prettier than Claire *cough*
I don't believe Angela will die! She'll probably glare down the potential-killer till he runs away or send him to his room or something. She could do that.
Hiro's disappointment in the legendary warrior... priceless. There's nothing better than a bit of Hiro to cheer me up.
Peter lost his memory. PLEASE, spare me. Did he have to? Was it really necessary? *YAWNS* Okay, okay, fine. I'll stop whining at the overused plot and focus on the fact that Peter has a cute pendant I can't recall seeing before and looks good tied up, with short hair and without a shirt.
That helped. I think the director had him take the shirt off to distract the viewers from the memory-loss plot. The ropes are a bonus.
Where are Nikki, DL and Micah? *pout* I want them back :(
Oh, and the siblings trying to cross the border to the US... okay, can't say I'm overly impressed, but I generally like some fresh blood added to a series. And those two take fresh blood pretty seriously. "We'll bury them once we're in a safer place"? Perfectly morbid.
All in all... I liked the episode :)
What, doesn't it look like I did? 'Course I did. I said so, didn't I? Among other things... :P
Yay, Heroes are back. :)
