underpantz,
I love your Iris and Elly conversations. They are the best. It's too bad the strip ends in September around the time of the fall schedule, so we have to miss Elly touring the book with Michael. You know Lynn Johnston will do the same thing.

Love the Elly/Iris conversation. underpantz, you do a brilliant job capturing Elly's obliviousness. One favorite bit for me was Elly's confusion over "daughter-in-law" vs. "step-daughter."

I have to add to the love for the Nigerian scam poster, and for Iris's conversation with Elly. And Howard and his trial, and Jeremy, and fetal Lizzy... It makes the comic go down so much easier.

susannamoodie,
A very lovely snark of the Duncan / April perspective on the goings-on with Michael Patterson and his writing. Considering the fate of John Kennedy Toole, a very appropriate title also.

I love this entry, too, susannamoodie. Great capturing of the craziness of the Patterson house. One favorite throwaway for me was Merrie requesting "Freebird." Genius! :)
