Hi, just checking in
I've been offline basically since my birthday on 12/12, and I haven't even gotten to read the lovely notes, fics and good wishes I know some people left me then. I feel very bad about this, and want you to know that I will be getting back to all, but maybe not until after the holidays.
I have not been on to read people's posts, so if you are having great times or bad troubles, I don't know about it yet. Please forgive my lack of comments, everyone.
May not be on until after the New Year, but it's not due to anything negative. My husband had surgery last week (he's fine), and my mother and daughter are visiting me for the holidays. It's been a busy time, but no worries.
It feels strange to be away from lj for such a long time, but I think I need to go with what I'm feeling, which is that I need to take a short break now. One of my fears is the hundreds of comments I will have to read over on my return will be overwhelming!
