not new, but still turn heads
Surprisingly both kids were very good today, even D! When I left, I told the mom that D is in a good mood and I hope every day will be like this.
After dinner mom showed me an email that was forwarded to her about job posting at an insurance company. I asked if it's a temporary or long term position, she thinks it's long term. What does it do? She doesn't know. I said I'll think about it and that I need time to write up my resume and cover letter. And then she goes on to say that chances don't come by often. Hmph.
While I was watching the drama episode, the exact same episode that she made me pause twice for to do something else including reading that forwarded email, she goes on to say how I'm wasting my time watching drama instead of doing other stuff. Hmph.
I will tell her that I do have plans regarding work, but if she finds out then she'll unknowingly tell the whole world. And quite frankly, I'm not ready for her world to know yet.
This is so great, Michelle Branch is coming back to the pop scene! She did an acoustic version of her upcoming single and she still sounds amazing. And she looks great too!
