Today C-Link did some volunteer work for Crystal Mall's 8th Anniversary. But the funny thing is, we're not really sure it's the 8th Anniversary. See, the MC said Crystal Mall was build in 1999. But then later we asked one of the employees there and she said that it was build in 1998... eeeh?
But that's not really the point. Today was tiring, but actually very fun too (though we did had to get there by 10:30...) Seven of us went, 4 guys and 3 gals: Kenny, Justin, Yukie, Ian, Joyce, Mit and me. The 3 gals did receptions while the guy helped carried stuff. After a while, we all ended up helping out hand out the cake (at which point we all got our clothes dirty with the creams). It was a real eye opener, and I really wish Alice and Estee could had been here to learn a thing or two.
I don't know since when, but they've all become very funny.. or at least try to be.
Ian: *looks at the day's rundown* Oh there's face paint.
Kenny: Really? Let's go!
Mit: You serious?
Kenny: Yeah
Mit: Why so serious?
*We all collapsed on the table, half laughing at her attempt joke.*
*We were talking about the recent bear incident in Coquitalum*
Mit: Oh you know what I really like? Fox.
Kenny: I like fox too. Fire fox that is.
*For some unknown reason, I started cracking up real bad. When Yukie lecture him for a bad joke Kenny just pointed to me and said "But my fan likes it"*
