Hi from April
Hi and welcome to my journal. This is a place for me on the web
to discuss the changes I'm going through in my life as I acknowledge my
true identity. I was born and raised as a male, but about a year
ago I realised that I could not go on that way. I have been and
always was female so far as my mind is concerned.
Anyway, let me introduce myself... My name is April and I am a 26 year old woman living in Melbourne, Australia. I spent the first 25 years of my life as Christopher, a nice guy who wasn't really like other guys. Last November, I realised that I had been denying who I truly was. Suddenly lots and lots of things made sense, that didn't make sense before.
It's one of those things that kind of snowballs once you acknowledge it. I am now undergoing transition from a male life to a female one. I want this journal to be a place where I can write my thoughts about my gender identity, and perhaps meet a few like minded souls along the way.
