I've created a community called Melbourne Transgender & Gender Diversity (melbourne_tg).
It's primarily focussed on people in Melbourne and Victoria with gender questions or anyone in the process of affirming their gender identity. However, people from all places and walks of life are more than welcome to join the community.
I sincerely hope it can be a forum for discussion, mutual support, and sharing of knowledge.
