Cheering up

The best way to cheer yourself up...
Go to the chemists for headache tablets and sore throat medicine.
Walk past the Salvation Army charity shop on the way back.
Find a pair of size 10 short leg jeans for £1.50.
Buy them, knowing that you're not a size 10.
Try them on at home.
They fit!

Huzzah!! I'm a size 10 again! All it takes is daily yoga and pilates, 5 minutes of jogging, no snacking between meals, and always eating breakfast.
