So I just weighed myself..

Week One Low carb diet

Starting weight(last Wed.): 291.5
Weight today (Wed. June 28th): 283.5!!!!!

Net Loss: 8 lbs.!!!!

Im sure the weight loss will slow done in the coming weeks and it was just the initial shock to my system but I cant be happier!!!
I didnt really accomplish my exercise goals and thats something Im really going to have to work on this week but my clothes are feeling looser and I feel great!

Hope all of you laides had a great week..some of you have been working out like crazy!!! : )
