Before you apply, please follow the following rules:

Background: For canon characters, WIKI LINK IS COOL. Original Characters require more detailed background. We don't want their whole biography history, but we will need details about where they're coming from. Four paragraphs minimum.
Personality: Where the real meat is. Remember, even though they don't remember their name, they still hold all of their memories and still act the same. What are the character's strengths and weaknesses? What makes them tick? Any kind of quirks? This should be no less than three well developed paragraphs.
Abilities: Does your character have any supernatural abilities? Or maybe there's something they're really good in? Be as detailed as you want to be, though if your character has nothing, feel free to put "N/A"
Miscellaneous: Any other information can be put here.
Faction: Which faction affiliation would you want your character to be initially part of? Remember that it is possible for characters to switch at certain points in the game. Choose RANDOM SELECTION if you have no preference. You can find the list of factions here
Occupation: Characters have the option of having an occupation while in the game. They also have the option of just being an average Joe.
Weapon/Esper: Choose from here which weapon and esper you wish your character to have with a brief explanation (saying "I just think it would be cool/hysterical/IDK" is perfectly fine). If your character canonly has a weapon, they can use that. You must still choose an esper.
Sample: Both First Person (network example) and Third Person required.
First Person:
First person can be short and dialogue only, so don't sweat too much about it. Basically just shows how they'd communicate on the network.
Third Person:
This is the sample you should focus on. It should be what tells us how you will play the character as a whole. Go all out and dig into the character, even going introspective if necessary. We want to see the character's personality and hear as much of the voice as possible.

APPLICATIONS/RESERVATIONS OPEN
Before you apply, please follow the following rules:
- Read the rules.
- You must be 13 years old or older in order to apply.
- Check both the Taken and Reserved characters to be sure the character you are applying for is not listed. Also check the current applications to see if there is an application pending already or not.
- Do not plagiarize your application. Use your own words please.
- Remember, you cannot apply more than two characters from the same canon.
- You may apply two characters at a time.
- In case of multiple applications for the same character, reserved character applications will take precedence and all applications will be held until either the reserver applies or the reserve expires. Only then will any other application be looked at.
- Upon acceptance, you will have one week to complete the required steps. Unless otherwise notified, those who do not "sign in" within that week will be considered dropped and not taken.
- If your applications is wavered, you will have one more chance and will have a week to send in a revision. However, if the revision is deemed unacceptable, the application will be denied.
- If your application is denied, you are still free to apply for another character. You will not be able to apply for the same character until after two weeks.
- OC applications will require more detail and will be looked at with a stricter eye, so you have been warned.
