Rain.
Why didn't the rain seem to stop? He was soaked. And cold. And... very confused. Because the rain felt so real. And the chilly feeling. He had to keep checking his hands- Yep, fingernails definitely turning purple here. Only even past that, it was still hard to believe- as hard as it was to bring himself to accept all these revelations that had somehow been spun in his head. It was making his weirdness meter go berserk, even more so than those slippery guys in white and that strange girl in that white dress who he still didn't know if she had been real or not. Because it wasn't like he was still at home. He was in the middle of no where now- been wandering about for a few hours now. Wandering that was more like running around, calling out his friends' names in a panicked frenzy until he had just worn himself out. He had spent the rest of his time trudging around, looking for some sight of society. Unfortunately, luck wouldn't have it. Or maybe he was just looking in all the wrong spots.
At least until he had managed to find a cave. Sure, it wasn't the most comfortable hangout, but maybe if he could just wait out the rain. Or dry up a bit. That was the idea anyway as he sat, back against the one wall, watching yet being completely disengaged with it at the same time. Spun out in thought as he tended to be. What was going to happen to him now? He kept looking at the laptop he held, but it was more with spite than anything. This thing was responsible for him even getting there, wasn't it? Ugh... Why had he been stupid enough to follow through with what it asked? All he could hope was he was that he was dreaming again as he leaned back and let out a slow breath of air.
