Place: Uzumaki Naruto's flat, Konohagakure.
Time: Evening.
Open to: Hyuuga Hayate (Hyuuga NPC played by Hiashi-mun).
Summary: Sasuke, like any good flatmate, kicks Naruto out of his own home in order to meet with the de facto Executor of the Uchiha Estate. The news isn't good, but that's not surprising.
Sasuke put out a second cup of tea and tried to remember the last time he'd met the Hyuuga in charge of the Uchiha Estates. A civilian lawyer with an H-name, if Sasuke remembered correctly: Ha-something. The last time Sasuke had dealt with his inheritance had been when he'd turned genin, and he didn't remember the pleasant-looking, unthreatening Hyuuga in much detail.
He'd have to keep track of details this time, though. Details, heirlooms, artifacts, buildings ... with his little detour to Sound taken into account, there was no doubt that Konohagakure would want to do something with the huge value of the Uchiha Estate.
Sasuke could only hope that he wouldn't have to fight it too hard.
Naruto was packed out of the way with a vague directive to go visit Sakura if he had nothing else to do, the place was cleaned (how many packets of ramen needed to be lying outside at any given point in time, anyway?), and the kitchen table was polished to shining, two tea cups and a pot of tea waiting.
Not the most ideal of settings, but it would do.
