I could sleep for a week.
I am basking. I have turned in my spn_summergen story, and I am allowing myself one day to bask before I start panicking about my next deadline, which is approximately eighteen days away.
Yesterday, I went golfing. Golf and I have a rocky relationship, but my husband wanted me to golf with him for his birthday, so we did it. I am now sunburned and have torn open the skin on my left hand in a moderately unpleasant way. It really wasn't that bad, though. It's just that I golfed as a kid. Every. Single. Sunday. Whether I wanted to or not. So I think I may be soured for life.
Here's something that's amusing me right now: we're adding "Wanted Dead or Alive" to our set, and I get to sing Sam's part! We actually did it a few bands ago, too, but we never ended up using it.
Once again, I am failing miserably at birthdays, but Happy Birthday (yesterday) to electricalgwen and blacklid!
And! It's fan-ku day! Here: fan_ku. 1 p.m. Eastern, which is in about an hour and a half. I actually have to go to the office right around then, but I'm going to try to be there, as much as I can, anyway.
