Not Sold.
So I thought I would instantly be in love with this new show "State Of Affairs" because I have seen Katherine Heigl in a million movies.. serious and romantic comedies, but clearly this isn't a romantic comedy. I am pretty much instantly NOT SOLD. I may be judgemental, but I tend to form my opinion of a new series by the first 15 minutes of a show. I understand they need to step you into the characters and not let all the action go at once, but I also shouldn't be rolling my eyes within 10 minutes because of some cheesy acting. I guess this will not be my new show. I will give it until the end of this episode, but I don't have high hopes.
I should also introduce myself a bit, seeing as I didn't really say anything about myself before berrating a show that has been on a grand total of 14 minutes (yes, 1 minute before I finish giving my original judgement of a new series lol) so here's the skinny.. I am a 27 year old housewife with no kids, a pain in the ass cat (whom you all will grow to love) appropriately named Princess Posey Penelope, and new to the blogging scene. I love and make a passion of cooking and creating new recipes, which I will definitely be sharing with y'all.
I also enjoy singing, am an avid movie collector, an extreme couponer, and enjoy keeping my house. I know that this is an old-school, 50's lifestyle type description, but some people were made to care for others. I have been with my guy, whom I will refer to as "hubs" from here on out, for nearly ten years, and it brings me great joy to make his life happier and easier by utilitizing these skills. Yes, I may be mocked for being a stay-at-home housewife who CHOOSES not to have kids, but I am ready for the feedback ;) Nice thing about being a confident, spunky woman.. I don't particularly give a shit what anyone thinks lol.
In the end, this blog will be filled with my favorite information about crafts I enjoy making, recipes I create, my take on movies, tv shows and pop culture that I enjoy talking about.. and if you're here to hate.. MOVE ON! ;) Welcome to my life.
