I think I found out what Ian's real birthday is:
He says in this interview:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7876469/ he's 60 years old, and that interview is from May 17, 2005. So if you think one of the two given birthdays are right than it's August 11th 1944 and not april 17th 1947
