The state of Pop.
My Dad goes in today for an ultrasound on his heart This was a planned test and he should be back in a couple hours or less.
His breathing has been very bad over the last few months. Lately getting to the kitchen from his chair is a chore for him. They know it's fluid around the heart but not how much damage there is.
He really needs the surgery on his neck done to keep that from getting worse. [He doesn't stand up straight enough to fill his lungs well either] I think that got put off far too long and now he can't risk it.
Though the doctor is pleased with how the dialysis is working. Says his blood work is good. As he says, he's 82 all his part are used and past warrantee.
ETA he still has bowel trouble but no where near as awful as he did a couple weeks ago. I think two months od diarrhea did it's share of damage too.

My pain levels and blood pressure is high. I've gained way too much weight but my sodium and blood sugar are a little low. I've been living on quick/fast food so this seems crazy to me.
