I tried to link it for you, but applyingtograd marks comments with links as spam, so I will instead suggest you Google thegradcafe. It will be more active around application season, but you can ask all the questions you'd ask here over there.

This was going to be my suggestion as well. TheGradCafe also has sections on fellowships and for those already in graduate programs (about teaching, coursework, exams, advising, research, publishing, presenting, etc.) that might be of interest to people that are looking for a complement/supplement to this community.
