(no subject)
Earlier this month, I solicited letters of recommendation from three former professors. Today I discovered that one of my schools requires letter writers to fill out an additional form if the applicant is applying for a fellowship or assistantship (which I am). Luckily, this form isn't due until February 1st. Would it be completely unprofessional of me to contact these professors about this additional form, or should I just forgo applying to this school?
