suggestions on approaching broad application questions

hello everyone.  i am in the middle of answering, proof reading, etc. my written questions for my application.  i am applying for a MA in rehabilitation therapy.  There are two questions I am befuddled with how to answer because of their broad nature. so i come to you guys asking for suggestions on a layout for answering them without coming off as one of those fix myself students but not leaving out important life experience as well.

question 1: Multicultural Experiences and Interests
Please describe your life experiences, professional experiences, research experiences, and interests in multiculturalism. (Continue on
the back of this page if needed).

question 2: Self Assessment
Please write an autobiographical summary. What values, philosophies, and attitudes describe you? What qualities define your
character? Describe significant events that you believe influence your personal development. Note any special activities or
organizations in which you have been involved. Consider what makes your desired profession relevant to you. What assets do you
possess that will contribute to your success as a professional? (Continue on back of this page if needed).

I myself am african american, I grew up as a minority in my school and neighborhood, am interracially dating, and have friends of various ethnic backgrounds. for question number one is this to personal?

for question number two i am not sure how short an autobio summary i should give them. purely educational? put in my own personal mental health experiences that helped lead me to get my BA and what is guiding me towards getting the MA?  do you think significant events is pertaining to only the rehab track or other ones as well?  I am also confused about how personal they want us to go when it comes to the attitudes and values, are they saying your work values attitudes only or personal as well?

Thank you for your suggestions.
