Favorite flashcard-makin' site?

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for sites where I can make my own vocab flashcards? I saw the post from thekatespanos sharing her own (which have been enormously helpful -- thanks!), but I'm hoping that the process of typing the definitions out myself will promote memorization.
Google yields plenty of results, but I'm not impressed with the formatting of what I found. If at all possible, I'd like a site that allows me to see the definition on screen along with the original word (as opposed to "clicking through" and having the definition replace the word).
