Going to Grad School to Start a Theatre Company?

I'm not sure if this has been asked before, and I'm sure my situation is a little unusual. I just graduated last month with a Bachelor's Degree in "Japanese Language, Literature and Culture," because I had initially planned to become a literary translator; but for a few years now, I've had this idea of starting a performance company specifically for people with physical and/or mental "disabilities." I've got plenty of ideas for the company and have been researching similar profit/non-profit groups, but I also know that I can't just imitate everything they've done and hope for the best. It's kind of late in the race for me to suddenly veer off-course, but is it too late? Is this something I may not be able to do with a B.A. in Japanese? Does the degree even matter at this point?

Besides whether or not it's doable (no matter how difficult it is, as long as it's possible, I'll do it), I also want to know where I should do it... and perhaps how, if you think I seem a little misguided. I'd like this to be a for-profit organization, so I'm fairly sure that I'm aiming for a Master's in Business Management, and even more sure that it won't be hard to find a grad school for business alone. I just need to know if I should also pursue a second degree or certificate due to the nature of my company, because that will definitely narrow my search some. Are there programs, or even just classes, specifically for starting performing arts-related businesses? If so, which universities have them? It doesn't matter where they are, and although tuition will eventually be a deciding factor for me, I just want to know all of my options right now... that is, if I even have them.

Thanks in advance for your help. I know that I've got to be the one to decide in the end, but I'd appreciate anything that'll get me started in the right direction!!
