Can you email the school if they don't pick up phones and if they tell you don't email us?

My first thing is: Why so many people think its so easy to get in? They told me oh why you so stressed out and I told them b/c i'm applying and they said oh gimme a break-how hard is it to fill out applications? I said theres more to the process than just filling out applications k! and then they told me it's not hard and that it's easy to get in and I said NO it's competitive and they said so why does Mike Robyn or Robins or something like that have a grad degree? I dont know who that Mike person is [do you know him? is he famous or something?] but why they gotta act like that? I wanna know if you know who that Mike person is.

My other question is I'm tryin to call the office for an important question for the past week but everytime when I call they don't pick up the phone! I tried with Private ID and everything incase they're blockin calls or something but its not working.  I know today they're not there cause of the holiday but what about all last week?  I want to know if they will accept emails cause I emailed them last year when I was interested in applyin but they took almost a whole month to get back to me so  I don't know what the etiquette or whatever on emails is.  But also the big prob is it says on their 'FAQ section" to not email the office about application questions because of the high volume of emails they get or something and to call them instead.  But they're not picking up phones.

K thanks! :)
