Do I need to wait for my electronic LoRs before I submit my online app?
One of my LoR writers went into the hospital for an unexpected surgery and will be out in a few days. She's already written my LoR and sent out the hard copies, but some schools required an electronic LoR instead, and she hasn't submitted those. I have several applications due today and tomorrow. My portion of the applications are complete, but it indicates that her LoR is not submitted. Will she be able to submit the LoR later if I submit my application and pay the fee now? I don't want to submit the application late, because they may not consider it. Without the required LoR's, of course, I don't stand a chance.
