International applicant.
Hello! I am an international applicant. I've started my UC-Davis application, and they sent me a note:
NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: Although we cannot admit and support international graduate students on university/department funds, we encourage you to contact the relevant prospective advisor to inquire as to whether they might have funding to support an international student. We did not admit any international students for Fall 2009 or Fall 2008, and only admitted one international student per year for 2005, 2006, 2007.
Should I still apply? I wrote an email to professor I am interested to work with, but she has not replied yet. I like the program, but I don't want to spend $90 for nothing. Although, I already spent $37 for score reports.
