Should you include this information in the SOP if they don't ask for it?

I'm applying to a program that has very vague instructions about what should be include in the SOP. This is what it says: A Personal Statement is required as part of the application. Here, please state your anticipated objectives as a student in this specific program, including a clearly articulated statement of the area you wish to examine in your Master's thesis, and the relevance of your background in relation to this subject area.

Please note that they DO NOT want a copy of your resume and nowhere on the application does it ask for awards or honors received. In my other SOPs, in addition to stating my anticipated objectives and what I want to do my thesis on, I also included:
1) some achievements and awards & honors received
2) how my areas of interest coincide with some faculty members areas of interest
3) how the resources at that school and in the program will benefit me
4) why and how I'm prepared to undertake grad classes

They don't want none of these things discussed in the SOP according to their description, so am I just supposed to leave these things out?

sop, suggestions for sop, vague instructions
