How do you remind your Professor about an approaching LOR deadline without sounding pushy

I don't want to come across as annoying and/or pushy, but I'm waiting on one professor to send out my LOR's and I would like to email them to remind them about it. What can I say without sounding pushy? This professor told me they tend to be a procrastinator, so is 2 weeks before the deadline a good amount of time to remind them?
I hate how LORs are so important in the application process. I hate relying on others if you know what I mean!
