Hey there! New member. I have a BA in History and Mass Communications and have been currently working in the hotel industry for the past year and a half. I have also done your typical retail sales clerk for almost 2 years. I am looking into getting a Masters in tourism/hospitality. Unfortunately, however, I am in a very bad spot for colleges. I only have one in my area and that has nothing related to tourism/hospitality (even though it is in one of the biggest tourism hubs in the country go figure)in the BA or MA programs so I am looking into online degrees. However, I have never taken any classes online so I am not sure what to expect. I know I can keep up with the deadlines but I am unsure about the whole experience as it is something new.
What are your guys experiences with online grad schools? I am not looking at Univ. of Phoenix or anything like that. I am interested in actual 4 year schools that have online programs as well like George Washington, University of SC, Clemson, etc.
